It can take long time to work out the source of happiness. For me I've found that it can’t be found in the dizzying up to the moment 24/7 news world, the big events you can do nothing about, in other peoples grand expectations, the pop culture idea of success or worrying about appearances.
It’s found in the small things. The taste of freshly baked bread, the changing in colour of the sky through out the day, the smell of the natural world when surrounded by trees.
